I ordered my system on the 25th. It arrived on the 26th. Easy to track and was given a one hour time slot, none of this waiting in all day nonsense. Everything set up in 20 minutes. It is very rare these days to get such excellent helpful service with a quality product at the end of it. I would recommend SimplySonos and Sonos itself to anybody. Running out of superlatives now!
