| Installation SupportTypically the areas where our customers ask for installation support is when it comes to installing in-ceiling or in-wall speakers. The beauty of Sonos wireless technology is that it allows the electronics to be out of sight. Therefore the installation of discreet speaker systems is a common objective.

| Post-Sales supportSuch is our confidence in the reliability, ease of setup and ease of use of Sonos™ System that we offer our freephone number for support calls too.
What can expect from us? Primarily our support will be there to offer assistance with setup and configuration questions. Where we can make a difference is with the direct person to person contact and ownership of problem resolution.
We have invested in remote support technology so that we can support our customers more comprehensively than any other dealer. Remote support means that we can, with your permission only, take remote control of your system to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

| Demonstration ShowroomSimplySonos have invested in an extensively fitted showroom. Located in Teddington, Middlesex, we recommend, if you can, as a first instance to come to a demonstration where we can discuss your environment and design an installation that best fits your needs.
